I went here to get my all 4 tires done. Before I came in my alignment was perfect. But after tire installation, my alignment is off! This is the second time I got tires here for multiple cars and same thing, came in with a perfect alignment and then after 4 wheel installation, my alignment was drifting to the left. Don’t understand what there doing to mess with my alignment.. when you know your car, you know your car!

Beyond helpful staff, great prices (beat Costco) and quick work. I had a terrible experience trying to call around and find tires in off-set sizes for my 350Z. Not only did Tires Now have what I needed, I only to wait 1 day for them to arrive and then the install happened same day and in less than an hour. I reccomend them to everyone and we are so lucky to have one in WA state. Thank you Tires Now!

Unbelievable service! Was a long time Covington Les Schwabs guy and I will never be back. Started with Schwabs in 86. The frosting on the cake was a two time patch repair recently on a high end Continental sport contact tire. Because of the shotty repairs the tire was done after 5K. Tires Now ordered new tires and within 24 hours I was rolling again. After further inspection, Schwabs had one of my 275 x 40 x 20's on the front and one 245 x 45 x 20's on the rear. Car drove weird but didn't realize it was from a screwed up stagger. Tires Now literally had me fixed up and on the road in 30 minutes. Nothing compared to the 4 hour wait at uncle Lester's. Hats off to Tires Now! Tell your friends! Definitely a great shop with an incredible staff. Super friendly and very talented. Wicked fast repair times. 6 out of 5 if I could, just sayin. Never going back to Schwabs. I have 6 vehicles they would maintain and 1 RV. They've lost all of that and more. Tires Now folks! Definitely worth it!

I would have given more stars, but something was off. I had bad inside wear on old tires, got alignment done with groupon. Went in, it took them like 15 minutes to do the alignment (interesting that it only took 15 minutes, but ok). Got the paper, looked good. A month later I got newer tires put in. A month after that I noticed same wear on the inside tires. I asked if they could fix that. They said I would need to pay again. So they lure you in, then they take more money seems like. Will have to go to another place from now on. Regarding tires, they do a pretty good job. So plus 1 star for that.

Checked my tires and let me know what was needed to be done for replacement. Didn't charge me for checking my tire pressure or the tire assessment. The technician also turned off my run flat tire gauge after they found out all of my tires were appropriately inflated. Very nice people to work with. Despite them not being an official Michelin tire replacement Center for my warranty , their professional assessment was still able to be used for my Michelin tire replacement which was still under warranty. I would have definitely used this facility to change my tires out if the warranty was able to be used at their location.
