After being told by [Big Tire Chain] that they wouldn't install oversize tires on my Tacoma because I didn't buy them there, I called Tires Now to see if they could do it for me. They said yes and were able to get me in immediately! Thank you!

Went in to get my tires aligned, front desk guy told me i needed new tires he suggested 2 of them I told him to go ahead. Later called to let me know I needed all 4, i asked him about the policy if something happened to my tire he said to bring it in and they would try to fix it if not they'd replace it. I went for it. Not even a week later hit a pothole or something tire poped. Took in the tire to see what they can Do. Guy told me he never stated that and that all he could do is remove a little off the new tire. I bought the original tires for about 150 ea, he told me the new tire was going to be 250 and he was removing 100 to try to help. They work off commission so they try up selling you, and they don't honor what they say.

5 star service. Greeted at the door. EJ took care of everything and answered all our questions. The technician explained how our alignment was corrected. Best experience at any tire shop .

Only tire shop I go to and I always remember why I only come here. Great people and fair. Look forward to coming back.
